Marine Equipment Directive (Module F)
TÜV SÜD BABT Document Library - Marine Equipment Directive Module F Scheme
The scheme enables a manufacturer (or Authorised Representative) of product within the scope of the Marine Equipment Directive to obtain a Module F Product Verification Certificate of Conformity for a batch of production items. The Scheme requires the following 3 steps
- Obtain a Module B Type Examination Certificate
- Apply for and obtain a Product Verification Agreement with TÜV SÜD BABT covering the Test and Sample Plan for each batch
- Apply the required tests to the agreed sample and apply to TÜV SÜD BABT for Product Verification Certificate of Conformity which permits the use of the Wheelmark on that batch of product.
