This scheme enables manufacturers of products which are intentional and unintentional radiators within the scope of FCC 47 CFR to obtain an equipment authorisation through TÜV SÜD BABT as a Telecommunications Certification Body (TCB) / Conformity Assessment Body (CAB), and where appropriate filing with the FCC, to enable the supply of products in the USA.
