Communications Providers (CPs) with Approved Total Metering and Billing Systems (TMBSs)


BABT has approved the following TMBSs to the provisions of the Metering and Billing Direction issued by Oftel on 22 July 2003. Before an approval is given, a period of one calendar month elapses during which interested parties are invited to submit representations on the matter. 1. Voice Calls (fixed and mobile)

2. Post-pay Mobile, SMS Text Messaging, Roaming

3. Internet Service Provision (narrowband only)

4. End-User Operator calls as defined in the annex

5. Bundled Minutes (a fixed charge for all calls of a particular type)

6. Fees for Regular Services for consumer customers

Other services are available but which are not within the scope of this Approval.
